Austrian ex-chancellor Christian Kern may change the co-chairman of the Skolkovo Foundation and former Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich on the Russian Railways board of directors, according to an Interfax source.
However, other sources of Interfax speak of possible castling as an unlikely fact. No official comments.
Nevertheless, for such an appointment has its own reasons. First, Dvorkovich after the Magomedovs case, in all likelihood, has image complications in the Kremlin.
Secondly, Russian Railways had the experience of participating in the council of a foreign railway top manager: at one time, the former head of Deutsche Bahn, Medorn Hartmut, was a member of the SD.
As it is known, Kern led the Austrian state railway holding Österreichischen Bundesbahnen for six years.
